Stability Ball Exercises to Strengthen The Whole Body
The stability ball has a bad reputation for only being a way to tone the abs, when the truth is that the stability ball is a great tool to strengthen your whole body. Last week for “Workout Wednesday” I wrote about planks, and in the background of the picture were our stability balls. Someone commented on Instagram:
“I have a workout ball like the ones in the background. I don’t know how to use it. Help!”
This is why I love social media! You have questions, I have answers! I put together this workout to answer his questions about the stability ball. If you’ve only being doing crunches on your stability ball, try these exercises to strengthen your whole body.
