REMOTE TRAINING

  • Structured, personalized weekly programming to follow on your own.

  • Includes app-based workouts and monthly client-centered health coaching.

  • Self-guided—does not include live workout sessions.

  • All run coaching is remote, no in-person workouts are included.

PERSONAL TRAINING

  • In-Person Training: Includes one session per week, app-based workouts to complete on your own between sessions, and health coaching.

  • Live Online Personal Training: Train with me via Zoom or Google Meet at the same rate and benefits as in-person training. Includes app based workouts for your to complete on your own between sessions, and health coaching.

  • Mobile In-Person Training: I come to you. Available *within 15 miles of 76118. Includes one session per week, app-based workouts for you to complete on your own between sessions, and health coaching.

  • Multi-Session Packages: These are base prices. Clients who want to train in-person more than once per week have the option to add extra in-person sessions to their monthly plan. Contact me for details.

CLIENT-CENTERED HEALTH COACHING

  • Included in all recurring in-person and remote training packages. Personalized coaching tailored to your needs—covering nutrition, lifestyle, troubleshooting challenges, overcoming obstacles, brainstorming solutions, and answering your questions. Sessions are held via Zoom, Google Meet, or phone. These conversations are key to getting real results from your workouts.
